Common Scenarios & Solutions

Scenario: Member Claims They Paid But System Shows Pending

Solution: Check payment date and verify if it's for the correct period. Ask for payment proof (receipt, transaction ID) and update records manually if verified.

Scenario: Multiple Members with Same Name

Solution: Always use contact numbers for identification. The system tracks members by unique contact numbers, not names.

Scenario: Member Wants to Pay for Multiple Months

Solution: Use the "Collect Fees" tab and set the period to the number of months they want to pay for. The system will calculate the total automatically.

Scenario: Need Historical Payment Data

Solution: Use the individual member check feature to see complete payment history, or generate custom period reports in the Records tab.
