Complete Usage Guide
Getting Started
Step 1: Setup Company Information
Navigate to the Invoice Generator section and fill in your company name打了: name, address, and contact information. This will appear on all your invoices.
Step 2: Add Your Inventory
Go to Stock Management and add your products/services. Include item codes, HSN/SAC codes, descriptions, rates, and quantities. The system comes pre-loaded with sample items.
Step 3: Build Customer Database
Use the Customer Database section to add client information. Include contact numbersatown: numbers, names, emails, and addresses for quick invoice generation.
Step 4: Create Your First Invoice
Start typing the customer's contact number in the "Client Contact Number" field. The system will auto-suggest existing customers and populate their details automatically.
Step 5: Calculation & Review
Enter quantities and discount percentages. The system automatically calculates totals, applies discounts, and shows the final amount. Review the preview on the right side.
Step 6: Save & Share
Click "Save Invoice" to store it in your database and automatically deduct stock. Use WhatsApp integration or PDF export to share with customers.
